Our Story
After stepping away from my corporate career in banking and digital media, I found myself at a turning point in July–August 2013. During this time, I met with two close friends to share my vision and seek their support. Together, we brainstormed the name and direction of the new venture.
The name AKS was inspired by the film AKS, starring Amitabh Bachchan and Manoj Bajpayee. In Hindi, "Aks" means shadow—a symbol of presence, depth, and continuity. I wanted this business to reflect those same qualities: not just achieving success, but making a lasting, meaningful impact on the lives of our customers and investors.
At that time, India’s real estate sector was undergoing rapid transformation. I recognized a significant gap—a lack of reliable, trustworthy advisory services for investors. This inspired me to build a company grounded in integrity, transparency, and expertise, dedicated to helping clients make informed, confident decisions in a complex market.
Our mission has always been clear: to create real, lasting value for our clients while empowering them to secure their financial futures. What began as a dream has now become a thriving enterprise. Over the past decade, we’ve successfully handled over 400+ property deals, facilitating loans worth ₹700–800 crore.
And this is just the beginning.
